lick91 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "lick91" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to lick91.net and the operating entity responsible for providing the gaming services described herein.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the lick91 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered lick91 player account associated with a specific Pakistani CNIC-verified individual.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, casino, and ancillary services available through lick91.net.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or free spin awarded to a Player's lick91 account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player in PKR that have been credited to the Player's lick91 account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple by which Bonus Funds (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal request may be processed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including but not limited to CNIC verification, address verification, and source-of-funds documentation as may be requested by lick91.

References to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the lick91 platform is conditional upon the Player satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of lick91 Services:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. lick91 enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC verification. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, any balance forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• The Player must be a natural person and not a legal entity, trust, or partnership acting on behalf of another party.
• The Player must possess a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and must provide accurate CNIC information during registration and KYC verification.
• The Player must be acting on their own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• The Player must not be a current or former employee of lick91, its affiliates, or its gaming software providers, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• The Player must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, regulatory restriction, or court order that prohibits participation in online gaming or gambling activities.

lick91 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time and to suspend a Player's account pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period specified by lick91 may result in account closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held in the account.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Obligations

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on lick91. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether under the same or a different name, CNIC, mobile number, or email address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name as it appears on their CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their lick91 account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. lick91 strongly recommends that Players:

• Use a unique, strong password not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Pakistani mobile number;
• Never share login credentials with any other person, including family members;
• Log out of their lick91 account when using shared or public devices;
• Notify lick91 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their account.

lick91 will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through a Player's account using their valid credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by that Player unless the Player has notified lick91 of a security breach in advance.

3.3 Account Verification

lick91 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players are required to submit clear photographic copies of their Pakistani CNIC upon request. lick91 may also request proof of ownership of a payment method (such as a screenshot of the registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account) as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lick91 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and, where applicable, withdrawals by Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency).

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on lick91 is PKR 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by lick91. lick91 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by lick91 subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC verified prior to any withdrawal being processed;
• The withdrawal amount must not include Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements;
• The withdrawal method must, where possible, correspond to the deposit method used to fund the account, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements;
• lick91 may apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per calendar month, details of which are available in the Player's account cashier section.

lick91 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain confirmation timelines. These timelines are targets, not contractual guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside lick91's reasonable control.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on lick91 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by lick91 at the time of deposit confirmation.

5. Sports Betting Rules and Procedures

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the lick91 sportsbook are subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the lick91 sportsbook rules section. Players are responsible for reviewing these rules before placing any bet. Bets are not confirmed until the Player receives an explicit confirmation notification from the lick91 platform.

5.2 Void Bets and Errors

lick91 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of, or in connection with: (a) a technical error or system malfunction resulting in incorrect odds being displayed; (b) a manifest pricing error where the odds offered were materially different from the fair market price; (c) a match or event that is subsequently abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable rules; or (d) any event where the outcome was known or reasonably knowable to the Player at the time the bet was placed.

5.3 Live In-Play Betting

lick91 offers live in-play betting on select cricket matches including PSL, Pakistan international matches, and other qualifying events. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension at any time at lick91's discretion. Bets accepted during a brief period of incorrect in-play odds may be voided at lick91's sole discretion. Cash-out availability during in-play markets is not guaranteed and may be suspended at any time.

5.4 Maximum Payouts

lick91 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant market at the time of bet placement. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, lick91 will settle the bet at the maximum payout limit regardless of the total potential return calculated at the odds accepted.

6. Casino Games — RNG and Live Dealer

6.1 Certified RNG Games

All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games available on lick91 — including slots, table games, and virtual games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers. Each provider's software and RNG systems are independently tested by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and are derived from the certified game mathematics of each title.

6.2 Live Casino

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7.1 General Bonus Terms

Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds awarded by lick91 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity period for each bonus are stated at the time the offer is presented to the Player.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

lick91 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reclaim any Bonus Funds and associated winnings where lick91 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; or employing any strategy that lick91 reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of promotional terms rather than genuine gameplay.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lick91 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on lick91, including accounts registered under a third party's identity;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the lick91 platform;
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical vulnerability;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with bets placed on lick91;
• Attempting to launder money or funds derived from unlawful activities through the lick91 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment documentation during KYC;
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any competitive game format offered on lick91;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward lick91 staff or other players via any communication channel.

lick91 maintains comprehensive transaction monitoring and fraud detection systems. Accounts under investigation for prohibited conduct may have withdrawals suspended pending investigation. Investigation findings are final and binding on the Player.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on lick91.net, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, data feeds, and the lick91 brand name, is the proprietary intellectual property of lick91 or its licensed game and content suppliers. No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any lick91 content without express prior written authorisation from lick91.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lick91 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the lick91 platform or its content.

Game content and software made available through lick91 remain the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers. lick91 operates under licence from those providers and does not transfer any intellectual property rights in game content to Players.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The lick91 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lick91 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Services.

lick91 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any losses arising from participation in any game or bet; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (c) any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; or (d) losses arising from events outside lick91's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, network interruptions, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.

lick91's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during that same period, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions under governing law.

11. Responsible Gaming Obligations

lick91 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from any verified lick91 account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits can be set by the Player. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure notifications to alert them after a specified duration of continuous gaming activity.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their lick91 account for 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month. During a cool-off period, no real-money gaming activity is permitted.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by lick91

lick91 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) lick91 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or regulatory direction; (c) lick91 has reason to believe the account is being used for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal purposes; or (d) the Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a Player's lick91 account: (a) the Player's access to lick91 Services will cease immediately; (b) any Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited; (c) verified Real Money Balances not subject to investigation may be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements; and (d) any promotional entitlements not yet utilised will be cancelled without compensation.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their lick91 account should contact the lick91 support team via live chat. Players with outstanding Bonus Funds wagering requirements who voluntarily close their account will forfeit those Bonus Funds and any associated winnings. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player following satisfactory KYC completion.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which lick91 holds its gaming authorisation. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies specified by lick91's regulatory framework.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights that a Player may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in their jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.

14. Amendments to These Terms & Conditions

lick91 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via notification in their lick91 account dashboard and/or by email to their registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Continued use of the lick91 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated terms. If a Player does not accept the amended terms, they should cease using lick91 Services and contact support to initiate voluntary account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
